* Generate Business by cold call or Advisor references .

* Team work.

* Achieve Monthly ,Quarterly and Yearly Target .

 

 

*Job Requirements* :  

* Bachelor’s degree .

* Minimum 1 Yrs experience in Direct Sales .

* Some experience in insurance sector .

* Knowledge and business acumen.

* Ability to identify and build relationships with decision makers.

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills. 

* Good oral and written communication skills.
